In the spirit of transparency, Northbound Prep prioritizes eco-friendliness by utilizing used boxes whenever feasible, which not only helps the environment but also reduces your costs. However, in cases where recycled options are unavailable, additional charges may apply for new boxes.
While we strictly adhere to Amazon's prep standards, we recognize that personal preferences may require additional prep, which will incur additional fees as noted below

Monthly Subsciption Fees
We want to ensure clarity regarding our pricing structure at Northbound Prep Ltd. Therefore, please take note of the following:
We charge a monthly subscription fee of $150.00, which will be automatically billed on the 1st of every month. This subscription fee is entirely credited toward your prep services during that month.
We encourage clients to consider this subscription fee as a minimum required purchase of services each month. Depending on your tier, this could cover your first 100 items.
Any unused amount from the subscription fee will not roll over to subsequent months.
This monthly fee allows us to dedicate valuable space for your company in our prep center for the month ahead.
