Do you handle Online Arbitrage (OA), Wholesale, and Private Label products?

Yes, we accept inventory from Online Arbitrage, Wholesale, and Private Label sellers.

Can you handle large shipments like skids and sea cans?

Yes, we have the capacity to handle large shipments including skids and sea cans. Please notify us before shipping so we can make arrangements.

What services do you offer?

Northbound Prep offers a range of services including:

How long does it take to process my shipment?

We typically prep and pack your shipment within 24-48 hours after receiving it at our warehouse.

Subscription into Prep Credit

A $150 minimum prep requirement is billed as a subscription on the first of each month, which is applied as a non-refundable credit towards your prep services for the month ahead. Any additional units prepped will be billed separately. Un-used credit does not roll-over.

What currency are your prices in?

All prices are in Canadian dollars. All services are expected to be paid in Canadian currency. Prices in USD are an estimated rate of exchange. Prices are subject to a 13% HST (Harmonized Sale Tax) This will be visible on your invoice.

How are your prices structured?

We offer simple and transparent pricing. All mandatory prep required by Amazon is included. Any additional requested prep by the client will be billed additionally. See our price list for more information.

How do I pay for your services?

All payments are handled securely through Stripe. We require a credit card on file to get started.

How do I access the client portal?

Once you sign up with Northbound Prep, you'll receive an invite to our software. Simply register and connect your Amazon account to start using the portal.

The client portal includes a dashboard with shipment summaries, tracking for inbound and outbound shipments, inventory management, real-time progress monitoring, and shipment creation tools.

How do I know when my inventory has arrived at your warehouse?

You will receive an email notification once your inventory arrives at our warehouse. You can also monitor progress in real-time through our client portal.

How are outbound shipments to Amazon handled?

By default, we automatically create outbound shipments to Amazon once your inbound shipment is fully received. Alternatively, you can manually create a shipment from your received inventory.

How do I send my inventory to Northbound Prep?

Use our commercial address to ship your inventory. Create an inbound shipment in our software, detailing what’s coming. Be sure to add all relevant merchant names that might appear on shipments so we can properly identify your inventory.

Do you provide training for using your system?

Yes, our system includes a training section to help simplify your company's onboarding with our warehouse. You'll be up and running in no time.

Do you use eco-friendly materials?

Yes, we prioritize eco-friendliness by using recycled boxes whenever possible. This helps lower your costs and is better for the environment. If recycled options aren't available, new boxes may incur extra charges.
